In celebration of Marine Week, the Grade 000 Kingfisher class went on a very unique adventure. They visited the Hippocampus Capensis in the tanks at the SANPARKS building on Thesen Island, and were then lucky enough to see the Skates that visit our Waterfront each Spring.
Their viewing of these incredible ocean creatures also brought along a curious Egyptian Goose family whose goslings were as delighted to meet the children as they were to meet the geese! The sharing of some bread was thoroughly enjoyed by all!
