The Grade 11 Leadership Camp is always a significant and memorable occasion in the life of a College student. This year was certainly no exception, even though Covid meant that the experience had been delayed for 2020’s Grade 11s and was also tweaked to conform to protocols. Run by the Team Building Institute (TBi), the process of various activities and conversations enables pupils to reflect and set their goals for their final year ahead, both individually and collectively. Students are made aware of how others might think and operate differently to themselves, and are given the necessary tools to be effective leaders. Thanks TBi for another fantastic experience!
