It was the Prep School’s turn this weekend to enjoy a sporting tour to Cape Town! The U13 Boys Water Polo team were invited to Sun Valley this year to compete against other top primary school teams from Reddam, Wynberg, Rondebosch, Paarl, Rhenish, Glenwood, Fish Hoek and Western Warriors. Our boys gave it their all to win 6 out of 9 games, making it through to the quarter-finals and gaining some great experience along the way.
Results were as follows:
- Paarl: 10-3 win
- Rondebosh: 6-2 win
- Rhenish: 0-8 loss
- Glenwood: 4-5 loss
- Wynberg: 8-2 win
- Western Warriors: 10-3 win
- Reddam: 4-2 win
- Fish Hoek: 6-2 win
- Quarter finals vs Rondebosch: 2-6 loss
