Congratulations to College students Sophia Trollip and Hannah Verrier for making the South African U16 Girls Water Polo Development Squad!
Hannah and Sophia were selected among the top 46 girls nationally, from various provincial teams at the SA Schools tournament in December 2017. They have been invited to attend the regional training camps that are hosted in Cape Town, Durban, East London, Johannesburg and Port Elizabeth in February 2018. They have also been selected for the CANA Zone IV Team U16 Girls Water Polo Championships in Durban in March and have the possibility to be chosen to participate at the Pan Pacific Youth Water Polo Festival in Auckland, New Zealand in July 2018.
