Last weekend Oakhill Prep’s U13A Girls team enjoyed a hockey tour to the Eastern Cape, where they were hosted by Diocesan School for Girls (DSG) in Grahamstown. This proved to be a fantastic tour where they had the opportunity to play against strong teams from DSG, Collegiate and Kingswood, coming home with two wins, one draw and one loss to the hosts. Great fun and a wonderful learning experience for the girls!
The College hockey and netball players also headed to the Eastern Cape the same weekend for some exciting games against Woodridge College and Alexander Road High School. Great action, sportsmanship and camaraderie – all the makings of a fantastic weekend of sport hosted by our old friends and rivals, Woodridge.
