Congratulations to John Tanner who competed in Paarl recently at the Western Cape Athletics meet. John placed 10th in the 100m with a time of 12.8s, and 5th in the 200m with a time of 24.4s. This makes him the 10th fastest U14 boy in the 100m, and the 5th fastest U14 boy in the 200m, in the whole Western Cape!
Congratulations to John for this fantastic achievement and for receiving his SWD colours for athletics – the second Oakhill athlete and the first Oakhill boy to have achieved this feat. We are very proud of you!
