The U15 Oakhill water polo boys and girls played in the Glenwood Xtreme tournament this last weekend, against some strong competition from both the Western and Eastern Cape. The Boys secured a bronze medal after winning a nail biting shoot out against Outeniqua. The girls finished 4th – their 3rd/4th play off was against Glenwood where they made a great come back in the 2nd Chukka but unfortunately narrowly lost by 4-3.
It was a great pre season tournament for the boys and girls, so much was learnt and improved on. Thanks to all involved, and to Jo Tanner for capturing the action.
