The International Benchmark Test (IBT) is an internationally administered programme of assessments to compare learner performance globally, between grades and over time. The International Benchmark Tests are set by the Australian Council for Educational Research. Oakhill writes IBTs in Grade 3, 6 and 9 for Mathematics and English every year.
The 2017 results for the Grade 9s show that the overall performance of Oakhill learners in Mathematics and English were better than others who completed the tests in South Africa and internationally.
